"The design impresses with its clear volume distribution in urban space. An open block edge is formulated through its interplay of existing and new buildings. This blends in well with the surrounding area and creates an attractive, self-confident building ensemble with well-placed spatial connection points. The architectural form of the presented draft seems appropriate to the task, especially with regard to the urban planning aspects."
